Submitting
any film, print, slide, negative, or artwork of any type
to Giant Photo Service for processing, printing, or other
handling constitutes an Agreement by you that any
damages or loss by our company, subsidiary or agent, even
though due to the negligence or other fault of our company,
subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to replacement
with the like amount of unexposed film and processing
or raw art materials. Except for such replacement, the
acceptance of the film, print, slide, negative or artwork
of any type is without warranty or liability, and recovery
for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
Posters, blueprints, maps, artwork supplied mounting substrates,
or photos not produced by Giant Photo Service cannot be
warranted for proper adhesion nor any damages occurring
In handling when submitted to Giant Photo Service for
mounting, laminating, spraying, framing, copying, or any
other service.
Due
changes in temperature and humidity, warping of mounted
materials cannot be warranted against after leaving Giant
Photo Service.
